When we first arrived, we were given a tour of the store by Mr. Andre himself. He explained how this store did a re-launch and is considered a 2nd Generation store. He told me how they are involved in their community fair trade. Which means, where ever possible they seek to use community trade ingredients in their products. They now work with over 25,000 farmers and producers worldwide who supply them 20 of their naturally derived ingredients and over 60 different gifts and accessories.
For example: They get their Cocoa Butter & Shea Butter from Ghana. Their Organic Olive Oil from Italy. Not only do I love to eat healthy but also be aware of what I am putting on my skin. And to know where the products actually come from is awesome!
OK OK, now to the beauty treatments!
We were treated to Make Over Madness! I was given a full makeup face
and a skin care consultation with Milan (my specialist for the day)
She even gave me a hand massage before she got started. You can see how relaxed I look!
Milan did a great job on my face! I left looking like I needed to go somewhere!
They had many bloggers there ready to try new skin, body and make-up products.
Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable about all the products! I also left with a bag full of full size products to try. I can't wait to slather them on. I will surely be revisiting The Body Shop.
The customer service alone was worth a visit back.
Also ladies, I am not the only one who can get treated like this. They host Beauty Party - parties all the time. Just give them a call for your particular occasion.
